ONLINE CLASSES

I’d love for you to join my online studio. We practice 6x a week live on Zoom and it’s so glorious to move and groove with people from all over the world. The live classes are the best way to start the day and I am so grateful for everyone that shows up for themselves and for me!

If you’re super busy and want to fit movement in when it suits your schedule - the video library is for you! There are 3 years worth of classes that you can do them anywhere, anytime!

With the privilege of collaborating with leading psychiatrists and psychotherapists in the esteemed Harley Street Medical Area, I've extended this practice into Mental Health and Wellness. Join the crew and practice with us live online 5 days a week. If you’re in another time zone we connect via a private WhatsApp group where members can come together to discuss all things wellness. I'd love for you to be a part of it! I'm constantly amazed by the intelligence, creativity, and knowledge of everyone in the group, so I wanted to create a space where we can collectively share our magic.

In the group you'll catch all the latest schedule updates, event/retreat info, and plenty of intriguing tidbits that pique my interest.
