My name is Jordan and I’m a yoga teacher, breath work coach, mindful meditation guide, retreat host, and I run my own online yoga studio. I am dedicated to helping individuals achieve holistic well-being through the interconnectedness of movement, breath, and mindful awareness. With a no-frills approach, my teaching style focuses on creating a comfortable and inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome and comfortable and safe to explore different layers of themselves. 

I offer a diverse range of movement and well-being practices tailored to meet different needs and preferences. With an extensive background in modalities such as Yoga and Dance, as well as some experience in the film and TV industry, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to my teaching.

I've dedicated a lot of my time to studying ancient Yogic philosophies, Zen and Tibetan Buddhism, Taoism, Human Anatomy, and conscious connected Breath Work. Through these varied lenses and experiences, I have gained immense inspiration and try to bring it into my work with my students.

In addition to my Yoga offering, I teach two signature classes that offer a bit of Yin and Yang when it comes to movement. Melt Session and Tone & Flow. "Melt Sessions" are a unique blend of yin and restorative yoga infused with conscious breath and awareness work. This class aims to promote deep relaxation, release tension, and cultivate mindfulness.

 "Tone & Flow" is a fusion of Yoga, Pilates, and High-Intensity Strength Training, complemented by Conscious Breath Work and Personal Development Methodologies, which is an experience that extends beyond the mat. Each sequence is designed to improve coordination, push your endurance and ignite inner strength and clarity.

Beyond my offerings in both studio and online settings, I have been collaborating with a team of notable psychologists, psychiatrists and psychotherapists in the renowned Harley Street Medical Area in London, expanding my services to patients at Mental Health Clinics. This extension is becoming an integral component of functional therapy, addressing diverse aspects of overall well-being.
